I have been really busy with University - last year, getting ready for post grad - but. done with that for now - My family lost someone dear to us - he was deployed (not my cousin thankfully - who's now home, staying for awhile before being deployed to Kosovo - sometime in February - at least that's the rumor) No, the person we lost was close enough to be considered family and I miss him so much - it's taken me a long time to move on, and so I have. It is what it is.

first, my laptop crashed - so my Uncle Matt took it to the guy he'd always used - damned if it wasn't returned to me stripped and in pieces (the guy kept it for a month, telling me that he was looking for some part on ebay for the motherboard; told me that my comp was "too old" (it was an '04 Sony) -- most likely the bastard was busy SELLING it's parts on ebay-- Then my old, really old desktop died. I took it to the same s.o.b and told him to sell THAT too...course he denied selling my laptop for parts. then had the stupid GALL to try and sell me a laptop for $500 .... I cussed him out loud and long, in English, Gael and German Then I went COMPUSA and bought a new Sony VAIO.... So, hey to everyone, my friends on here especially - just letting you all know that I didn't drop off the face of the earth Gina

Just finished writing a letter to my Mom - She's been in Ireland for the last 5 months; she went there for a visit after my Da died and it looks like she's going to stay awhile longer because she's decided to invest in a small bread and breakfast in Kilkenny along with two other people! I miss her alot, but I'm happy for her - and, I'm planning to go to Ireland for my birthday - haven't been back home in ages - since I was 11!
Meantime, Auntie Janet and Uncle Matt are busy with renovating our house and Cousin Cait has a new job - My cousin Mick might have to be deployed for longer that we'd originally thought - that's sort of on everyone's mind, but he's good with it ..
I'm having the damndest debate with my best Friend, Patty - she's become convinced that 9/11 was a dark conspiracy - I listen to her argument and want to wring her neck! We were HERE, we SAW what happened as it happened!
