first 3 weeks training is 40 hours per week at $10.00 a hour.
once trained and your ready to go on your own its piece work.
you pretty much write your paycheck. a average tech pulls $1200-$1600 bi-weekly.
a few hardcore tech are making 70-90k a year.
alot of room for advancement due to the major growth we have seen and the addition of satelite internet , phone service and security services being offered soon...
from referals of employees($100-$200 for unexperianced to $1000 for experianced tech) to service referals($100-$150)
