Gloves Vs. Wrist Wraps
I personally use Wrist Wraps for those heavy lifts. When I started training at 17 I used gloves but found I was lifting more weight but my wrists were weak as hell. Anyone else find this? Next time your pushing weight, Take the gloves off and feel the difference it sucks.
