VANCOUVER, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- With two steady and stable jumps, Belarus' Alexei Grishin claimed victory of the freestyle skiing men's aerials at the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games here on Thursday.
The three-time Olympian performed two great balanced jumps with normal degree of difficulty among the 12 finalists, collected a winning total of 248.41 points.
Jeret Peterson of the United States, executed his signature "the Hurricane" successfully in his second jump, settled for a silver with 247.21 after he placed fifth in the first attempt.
